Condition reports for paintings and collections
This service processes uploaded text and image evidence only for conservation-report workflows, testing, and quality validation.
Data handling principles
- Uploaded evidence is used to answer the current conservation task and improve report quality controls.
- The service may process uploaded file names, object or lot identifiers, optional operator-supplied intake labels, and derived report metadata such as condition scores, treatment priorities, budgets, and scheduling estimates.
- By default, client-facing outputs avoid unnecessary trace metadata and redact absolute local machine paths, credentials, and token-like strings.
- Public website pages do not expose private report files or protected artifacts.
Retention and access
- Operational logs may retain timestamps and request context for reproducibility, incident review, and audit of generated deliverables.
- Protected report artifacts require authenticated access when artifact protection is enabled.
- Users should avoid uploading unnecessary personal or financial information.
